  • Thanks for your interest! Since we are a growing company, we typically seek out a limited number of carefully selected people to represent our brand publicly. You may send us an email if you believe you would be a good fit. Due to the fact that we do receive a number of submissions, we're simply unable to respond to each one. We will contact you if we feel you are a good fit at this time!

  • Models are acquired exclusively by our PR team. As stated above in regards to sponsorship, please feel free to send us an email if you believe you are a good fit, and we will reach out if we are interested!

 

Shipping and Policies:

 

"Where will my order ship from, how long does it take, and how can I track it?"

 

  • All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. With that said, the length of time will vary based on our customers' location and preferred method of shipping (Standard, Express, Next Day, etc.). You will receive an email with your tracking info when it becomes available. International customers should allow 10-21 business days for their orders.

 

"What is your Return and Exchange Policy?"

 

  • All returns & exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact our Customer Care team at bezerkapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of the order's delivery date. 

  • The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Bezerk Apparel. 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

  • After receiving the merchandise, we require up to five business days to process the exchange.
